Wait List Address Update

It is the responsibility of the applicant to keep their address up to date and current with our agency. Please email your address change to schainfo@schafla.org. Include your full name, the last four digits of your Social Security Number along with your new address. You will receive an email response as your receipt. Please keep this email for your records. 

You may also mail your address change or visit us in person at 145 W Pine Ave. Longwood, FL 32750 or fax it to 407-830-0398.
