The Seminole County Housing Authority owns and operates thirty rental unit complex in the City of Oviedo. The authority has 4 one-bedroom units, 10 two-bedroom units, 10 three-bedroom units and 6 four-bedroom units. All units have central heat and air, ceiling fans, and mini blinds. The complex has a picnic and play area also.
Families residing in the Villas must meet income eligibility guidelines. Rent is based on 30% of a family's adjusted income.
At present the Public Housing Waiting List is closed. It is common practice to close waiting lists when the expected wait time for an available unit exceeds 12 months. The current wait time for a unit is 36 months.
