Seminole County Government Emergency Rental Assistance Still Available

This emergency rental assistance is not affiliated with the Housing Authority. However, our community partner Seminole County Community Assistance office has emergency rental assistance for Seminole County residents.

Individuals must meet the following criteria:

• Seminole County residents who are renters
• Qualify for unemployment OR experienced a reduction in household income/financial hardship due to COVID-19
• Demonstrate a risk of experiencing homelessness or housing instability
• Household income is below 80 percent of the area median
